Celebrating A Life-Long Love Story at The Knotty Barn
Rachel and Frank tied the knot at this epic ranch venue called The Knotty Barn in a beautiful, family-focused and faith filled ceremony. The day felt extra joyful because this couple has been in love for eleven years! They actually met all the way back in 8th grade, and they’ve been friends ever since.
As a special nod to their history, they even asked their 8th grade teacher to officiate the ceremony! This was an incredible full-circle moment that left everyone a little emotional. The ceremony itself took place out in The Knotty Barn courtyard – this beautiful patio features an old oak arch that was the perfect frame for the happy couple as they said their vows.
Country Western Details Made This Ranch Wedding Perfect
The Knotty Barn was the perfect venue for Rachel and Frank’s vision, which was for a laid-back country ranch wedding. There were all kinds of thoughtful country details that brought this wedding together: the little ring-bearer wore cowboy boots down the aisle, the couple captured photos with the horses on the property, and the wedding party partied the night away in an authentic barn conversion.
The Barn where the reception took place was pretty special – period pieces met with modern design to create a rustic ranch wedding feel with all the comfort you’d expect from a professional wedding venue. The party here felt so free and fun! And, after they’d danced their hearts out, Rachel and Frank made a grand exit while family and friends cheered them on with sparklers.
